CANCELLATION POLICY

It is established that it is possible to cancel the activity by the POSEIDON DIVING diving center due to meteorological reasons or other causes that prevent the normal development of the activity or imply risks for the clients, according to the criteria of our technical director, since safety is our commitment and main objective. In this case, you can change the date or receive a full refund. POSEIDON DIVING will inform of the cause of cancellation of the activity.

In the event that the reservation is made online, THE CUSTOMER will make a deposit of 100% of the total amount corresponding to the place / s reserved.

Reservations of our products made through other sales platforms will be subject to the conditions and cancellation policy described therein.

In case of cancellation by the client, POSEIDON DIVING may, at its discretion, change the date of the activity or accumulate the amount advanced as a credit to the client’s account or refund 100% of the deposit. All this if said cancellation is recorded by email (info@poseidoncalella.com) with a minimum of 48 hours before the start of the activity.

In case of cancellation within 48 hours of the start of the activity, or the non-presentation of the day and time of the activity, your reservation will be canceled and you will not have the right to refund any of the amount advanced.

If you have not been diving for more than 12 months, POSEIDON DIVING recommends doing a refresher activity on diving techniques with us or at any other center. If the dive guide decides to cancel a dive for reasons of deficiency, lack of practice, or any other reason that the guide considers, POSEIDON DIVING will charge 100% of the price of the dive.

In the case of reservations of any service (diving trip, diving course or snorkeling trip), if the client decides not to carry out the activity once it has started, suspend it, or abandon it for any reason, there will be no refund of the amount paid, since the diving center has put all the means and services to carry out the activity.

Cancellation of diving courses:

If the student who is taking a diving course has exchanged the theoretical part online or has taken the theoretical part in person, but does not continue with the course, the student must bear the cost of the redeemed digital product or the cost of the manual kit and theory classes received. In the event that the student has also carried out an internship at sea, he / she must also assume the cost of the practices carried out.
